Bake some Brownie!

This is probably the first time I am writing a recipe and I guarantee that this is the simplest way to make a brownie (as per my knowledge).

So, here we go…

Ingredients:

2 packs of Hide ‘n’ Seek Biscuits
1 Pack of ParleG Biscuits
1 Sachet of Eno (flavoured Eno are also good option!)
Milk
Powdered Sugar
Coffee powder
Tutty Fruity or Nuts (According to preference)

Ingredients Collage

How to Make:

ü  Grind Hide ‘n’ Seek and ParleG biscuits in grinder till it gets in powder form.
ü  Add handful of tutty fruity and coffee to taste.
ü  Add powdered sugar for extra sweetness, if required.
ü  Empty a sachet of Eno. You can also opt for flavoured Eno as it gives slight hint of that flavour to the brownie.
ü   Add lukewarm milk to the mixture and keep stirring simultaneously.
ü  The consistency of the batter should be creamy.
ü  Grease the vessel with ghee or butter.
ü  Pour the batter in the vessel and tap it so that it settles.
ü  Place the vessel in cooker without its whistle for 40 minutes (it might take more or less time depending on the quantity of the batter).
ü  Here, your brownie is ready!

Tips:

Ø  You can add Cashew nuts, Almonds, Walnuts or chocochips to the batter and make it according to your preference.
Ø  Sprinkling flour on the greased vessel will help the brownie to come out easily for the vessel.
Ø  The ratio of Hide ‘n’ Seek and ParleG should be 2:1.
Ø  In the pictures, I have covered the brownie with white chocolate; decorated with gems and dark chocolate.
