We always ordered food from Shreejee's and undoubtedly we loved
it. This time we planned to visit the restaurant and check it out.
There are two sections: AC and Non AC. AC section was upstairs
and Non AC was downstairs made up by placing few plastic chairs and stainless
steel tables. Just very disappointing! As we battled with summer heat on our way to Shreejee's,
we decided to opt for AC section.
We ordered Paneer Kolhapuri, Chappatis and Tandoori Roti.
Paneer Kolhapuri was medium spicy; and Tandoori Roti as well as Chappatis were
well cooked and warm. The only drawback was we ordered two Chappatis and they
brought both at the same time, which should technically be served one after
other. Then, we had Dal Tadka and Jerra Rice, which was good in quantity for
two to three people.

The drawback of the place is its ambience and decor. The AC section
upstairs at the Andheri outlet was very filthy. The chairs cushions are
stained and the place was very congested. Some staff members are good and the rest are in their sweet world
and don't respond spontaneously if you call them.
Table Mats are so disappointing! |
I have also visited other outlets of Shreejee's which are
well maintained and have even candle light dinners. However even those outlets
have tried to fit in cake shop and restaurant at one place.
Shreejee's is recommendable for people who want
good quality food and not the ambience.
Ambience: 2.5/5
Food 3.5/5
Staff: 2.5/5
