Dine Differently At Barbeque Nation

Barbeque Nation, the place that my dad kept praising after his first visit. Hence, he promised us to treat us in the same restaurant on his and mum’s wedding anniversary.

So, yesterday was the day when we finally went to Barbeque Nation's Thane outlet. We called up the place to know the menu and discovered the special offer available for early birds. They give Rs. 170 off/person (Note it!) for people who come before 7:30pm. The Veg. buffet costs Rs. 815/person inclusive of taxes which includes starters, soup, main course and desserts.

We prefer booking our tables and arrived before 7:30pm to get the benefits of the offer. As we were early, we had an opportunity to roam around, check out the place and then chose our seats. They have seating arrangements indoor as well as on the terrace. We chose the indoors as it whether wasn't pleasant.

We were immediately attended by a waiter who took care of every minute thing till the end of our meal. He asked us our preference i.e if we had opted for veg or non-veg buffet. Then, he offered us the menu for mocktails which is not included in the buffet. Later, he got the Barbeque grill and placed it on the table which is designed in a way which safe for its use even on the table for two. He brought in different appetizers from Paneer, Sweet corn, Pineapple, Unpeeled mashed potatoes, Mushrooms, Tikkis to Crispy sweet corns. Some were half cooked and had to be barbequed on the grill which was placed on our table and the others were directly served on our plates.

After the sumptuous range of appetizers, we head to the buffet for our main course. The main course has a Chinese dish – Hakka Noddles, 4 sabji, 2 types of rice, 2 types of dals, one soup, one bread, papad and various salads and one raita. This wasn’the end, they had huge range of desserts to satiate your cravings. They served mousse, brownie, fruits, chessecake, Phirni, cakes and ice creams with different syrups.

Everything served by Barbeque Nation is to die for. They were perfect in everything they did and if they weren’t, you could ask the chef to make changes to suit your taste bud. Yes, the chef do come to your table for your personal opinion on the food, brownie points for this. The décor is elite and seatings are very cozy. One can enjoy their meal for hours and spend quality time with their family and loved ones.

 One of the best thing of this restaurant is they personally ask if it’s the special day of your life and surprise you with music and cake which you can parcel it for your home. Wow! Isn’t that amazing! Every staff member is friendly and helpful. However, the cost makes it affordable only for special occasions in one’s life. But the flip side is that you get the best of everything at this place under one roof.
