A Place For Some Early Morning Breakfast: Fresh Restaurant

As per Zomato’s recommendation, we went to Fresh Restaurant for breakfast. Guess What?It does open early in the morning to serve its customers some delicious savories.

Not just in India, but Fresh Restaurant has its outlet in US, Canada and few other places on the globe (Honestly!I am not kidding!)

Food: As we were very hungry, we ordered Aloo Tikki Burger which was supposed to be served with chips, but wasn't served with any. The, we called for a Blueberry Waffle. The Burger was well-cooked with right proportion of sauces and veggies. While the Blueberry Waffle took away the cake with its just-so-perfect taste. The waffle was hot, soft, served with syrup and sprinkled with caster sugar.

Service: The restaurant needs to revamp its Menu card, as it is worn out. The staff is too blunt when it comes to accepting their mistakes. They refused to accept that the chips weren't available to serve, rather they cooked up a story that they never serve chips, in spite of mentioning it in the menu card. However, the senior (may be, she was) came over and said that isn't available so they didn't serve. The staff needs to be much more attentive and admit their mistakes.

Ambience: The AC wasn't working and we preferred to sit inside as it was a rainy day. Their card machine had some issue too. In spite of all these inconvenience, they didn't bother to please us with some concessions or perks. However, the place is hygienic in spite being small.

P.S: We did go back to this place for its food (Yes, solely because we loved it’s Waffles). We observed that they have scribbled off the ‘served with chips’ option in the burger. We tried Pasta, Pancakes, Veggie Deluxe Salad and Falafel Sandwich. All are good, but Pasta Arrabiata is too tangy and Chocolate Pancakes would be great with some more chocolate sauces. Also, now their AC is working well!
